How do I improve my cardiovascular health?

• 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity 5 days a week
• 2-3 sessions of weight training per week
• 1 day of rest between strength training work-outs

Walking vs. Jogging

Walking a 15-minute mile (or 4 mph) burns almost as many calories as jogging the same distance.
